NGW型传动的配齿方法及齿数组合表 |

对于一般动力传动用行星传动,不要求十分精确的传动比,在已知要求的传动比 配齿数 ① 根据 ② 根据齿轮强度及传动平稳性等要求确定太阳轮齿数zA ③ 根据下列条件试凑Y值: (a) Y= (b) Y/Cs=整数——装配条件; (c) Y应为偶数——同心条件。但当采用不等啮合角的角变位传动时,Y值也可以是奇数 ④ 计算内齿圈及行星轮齿数zB和zC zB=Y-zA 对非角变位传动 对角变位齿轮传动 式中,ΔzC为行星轮齿数减少值,由角变位要求确定,可为整数,也可以为非整数,ΔzC=0.5~2 下表为NGW型行星齿轮传动的常用传动比,常用行星轮数对应的齿轮齿数组合表 |
