单齿圈行星轮NGWN型行星传动配齿方法及齿数组合表 |
|
对于NGWN型行星传动,在最大齿数相同的条件下,当行星轮齿数zC=zD时,不仅能获得较大的传动比,而且制造方便,减少装配误差,使各行星轮之间载荷分配均匀,传动更平稳。虽然由于角变位增大啮合角而存在轴承寿命、传动效率和接触强度降低等缺点,近年来应用仍有所增加,受到人们的欢迎。这种具有公用行星轮的单齿圈NGWN型传动配齿步骤如下 ① 选取行星轮个数(一般取Cs=3)、zA和齿数差Δ=zE-zB(Δ应尽量减小,其最小绝对值等于Cs)
如果zB<zE,zE与zA之差为偶数时
zE与zA之差为奇数时
如果zB>zE,zB与zA之差为偶数时
zB与zA之差为奇数时
③ 验算装配条件 ④ 按下式验算传动比
