直廓环面蜗杆传动承载能力计算

已知直廓环面蜗杆传动的传动比i12、蜗杆转速n1和输入功率P1或输出转矩T2设计标准传动时可按JB/T 79361999中的额定输入功率P1和额定输出转矩T2(见表1)查得中心距a。设计非标准传动时则可按表1粗选的中心距a值计算许用输入功率(AGMA441.04)根据蜗杆实际传递功率值经过修正后得到中心距a的终值
