ZC3蜗杆的基本齿廓(见右图) 齿廓曲率半径ρ的大小直接影响接触线形状、啮合区大小和综合曲率半径大小,从而影响到啮合性能和承载能力。推荐ρ值范围为:ρ=(5~5.5)m,且通常z1=1~2时ρ=5m,z1=3时ρ=5.3m,z1=4时ρ=5.5m 齿形角αx1推荐范围为αx1=20°~24°,通常取dx1=23° 圆弧中心坐标值 蜗杆蜗轮啮合参数搭配见下表 |
