多个行星轮的NN型传动配齿方法及齿数组合表 |

行星轮数目大于1的NN型传动,其配齿方法按如下步骤进行 ① 计算各齿轮的齿数。首先应根据设计要求确定固定内齿圈的齿数zB,然后选取两个中心轮或两个行星轮的齿数差值e,再由下式计算各齿轮齿数,同时要检查齿数最少的行星轮是否会发生根切,齿数最多的行星轮是否超过表1规定的邻接条件。不符合要求时,要改变e值重算,直至这两项通过为止。e为≥1的整数,当传动比为负值时,e取负值 |

式中 e=zB-zA=zD-zC zA=zB-e zC=zD-e ② 确定齿数。在计算出各齿轮齿数的基础上,根据满足各项条件的要求圆整齿数。其具体做法与NW型传动一样。对于一般的行星齿轮传动,为了配齿方便,常取各轮齿数及e值均为行星轮数Cs的倍数;而对于高速重载齿轮传动,为保证其良好的工作平稳性,各啮合齿轮的齿数间不应有公约数。因此,选配齿数时e值不能取Cs的倍数 ③ 按下式验算传动比。其值与要求的传动比差值一般不应超过4% 表2为行星轮数目Cs=3(有时也可为Cs=2)的NN型行星齿轮传动常用传动比对应的齿数组合 |
